The weather on Sunday was forecast to be good so we did decided to pay homage to our fallen by celebrating the beauty of the country they died for bow
So off to Snowdonia on a Special Sunday in the S

First stop was Pontcysyllte Aqueduct which was spooky in the mist with no one around

Headed out of Trevor to go up the Horseshoe Pass with the mist getting thicker and thicker.
By the time we got to the top Ponderosa Cafe had disappeared.

Can you see the dirt yet wink

By the time we had made it over the back roads to the Evo Triangle it was clearing a bit

We headed over to Swallow Falls at Betws-y-Coed but didn't have the right change to get past the "out of season" machine frown
So decided on a loop of Snowdon via Llanberis & Beddgelert - both really quiet smile
And the pass down in to Llanberis was a real blast

The weather got better and the mist burnt off West of Snowdon, the sun never got very high and left spooky shadows everywhere.

laugh I rationalise it as a consequence of a great blast wink
I'm ashamed to admit it's still sat in the garage dirty until I get the time & weather to snow foam it all off.
