Can anyone on here advise from experience some of the power upgrades available for the 4.3 V8?? Without increasing engine size...

So far I have added a Quicksilver SS exhaust and I think that this increases the the BHP by 10 if im lucky, next spring I am considering a few more performance upgrades.

1st is the power upgrade from Aston Martin £2500-00 up to 400 BHP has anyone on here had this upgrade and was it worth it?? Was it instantly noticable...

2nd of all if I go for the AM upgrade where can I go from there? can I add a set of racing cats?...

I know that to gain massive leaps in Horses I would need to spend some serious wedge, so I am just interested in the basic tuning performance options... Plus need to keep within warranty etc...

Any feed back welcome....

I was the big 44 yesterday.

Betcha there are Vantage drivers on here that are older than that.

Furthermore you need to be mindful of Georgeous H who is a spotty teenager, regressing in years a la Benjamin Button, and he drives a very nice DB9, albeit the hairdresser model smile

Shame it does not however help the OP with real world experience and help him to judge whether he should spend his pennies!

Mr K. you can't just drag up any old picture of a guy in a skirt and say that's me.

Anyway, that guy isn't blue enough to be a true Scot wink
