DB7 (2001) Airbag light on

Hi guys,

friend of mine has the airbag light on his DB7 Volante on. No AM Dealer nearby, he is on an island in Spain. And ideas?

Sprry this is all from memory so may need a little correction but any info is better than no info. when you first switch on the ignition the airbag light will flash a number of times pause and then flash again. Count the two sets and this will give you an error code. I tracked down some ford air bag codes that may be the right ones here.

Saying that it is most likely seat belt restraint system short, there is a connector under the seat and if it isn't connecting property will produce an airbag fault so give this an unplug and re-plug as a first call.
