DBS - Petrol Filler Flap will not close?
Discussion
Had similar problem with my DB9 petrol cap and just used the manual release for a short time but even that will eventually stop working.
Next time you are passing Wilmslow let them know and they should be in a position to to quickly fix it for you properly.
I suspect you may be under the full warranty ?? in which case you can take the lazyman option and get them to collect the car, fix, return the car.

It happens on all models, get some silicone spray and lube the locking catch.
The problem is when removing the fuel pump nozzle small amounts of fuel drip on the catch and dry it out causing it to stick.
spot on, this also can cause the flap not to open as well, quite a common issue, if it fails to open a good tip is to try the release button whilst the engine is still running, in many cases this will work if it is sticking due to the motor having a bit more pull due to the increased voltage, The problem is when removing the fuel pump nozzle small amounts of fuel drip on the catch and dry it out causing it to stick.
