Not a big fan of modding Aston's unless it stays official or Prodrive, but in the spirit of "lighten up" = -
Bamford have been mentioned above, but don't forget Rick as well, he knows his stuff........

Also the Prodrive package - http://www.prodrive.com/products_level2.html?id=76...
I would say that they can be VERY loud, so would recommend having a switch fitted to the exhaust valve if you go down that route, there can also be MOT issues with certain low cell types and they may not last as long as standard cats, so stick to the well known respected firms as above who know the right quality items.
I had a sports exhaust system & 200 cell cats on a past 911 Turbo, kept the stock set-up and swapped it back (Porsche wouldn't take a modified car) when I changed then sold the sports exhaust set-up separately. That's the way to go if you do go down this route - best to always keep all original parts swapped out IMO.
Oh.. edited to add, yes it would technically invalidate your warranty, so best talk to your servicing/supplying dealer to see what they say before fiddling with a nice new S.

For what it's worth, I had 200 cell cats from RSC on my old 4.3L V8V. RSC claimed an increase of about 20 bhp, supposedly determined through before and after dynos. I dynoed my car after (but not before) an RSC ECU reflash, the RSC cats, and K&N performance air filters and saw approximately 330 rwhp, which roughly translates to about 410 bhp if you believe the 20% loss rule of thumb. Significantly, the great majority of the gains are at the top end of the rpm range. Therefore, the mods did not appear to make much of a difference in terms of lower rpm power.
As for sound, the sport cats increase the volume significantly.

BS on the RSC claim for the CATs. They have yet to prove ANY results after multiple requests. As for sound, the sport cats increase the volume significantly.

Hi Bruce. Our high-flow catalysts make good power, same as those from Larini, Bamford Rose, or even some of the 'custom' setups people have put together. It is a pretty established power making principle. I appreciate your frustration and share in it. We're still going to come up with some data for you but as I explained, the dyno we used local to us proved to be very inaccurate and I wasn't happy with the consistency of the results. Runs were varying by 30BHP from one to the next.Unfortunately, our car has been tied up developing a number of products (coilover suspension, N24 Sills, V12 Hood), not to mention that we have been busy working on a lot of Lambo projects as well, so I have not had the time or access to the car to remove the filters, cats, exhaust and software and start from scratch yet. We are coming into a slower time of the year and I plan to tackle this again, along with a couple of new pieces!
I have the RSC cats on mine. I have to say that the fitment could be a little better but they really do free up the revs. The mid range acceleration does feel much better and the revs feel lighter.
I don't know how much BHP they give but then it wasn't about that for me. It was more about feel.

IMO, much of the "feel" from the cats is that you "feel" like you're going faster with the louder exhaust note. I've even noticed this on my V12V, on which I've installed a switch to open and close the exhaust flaps. The car feels a lot faster when I keep those flaps open. Strange but true. Also, when you look at the dyno printout, it confirms that there's just not that much in terms of gains in the low and mid range.
