DB7 GT seats??

I was checking over this DB7 GT in a PH ad, not to buy as I already own one.. but as you do.. always check them out as they come up for sale...

and I noticed something on the side of the drivers seat.. Photo #6

There seems to be a button of sorts half way up the side/rear of the drivers seat!

Mine doesn't have this and from what I know, others do not either.

Can anyone shed light on to this?

It just looks like a gadgy for tipping the seatback forward.

On those seats that is done by one of two levers right at the hinge level.

Unless these seats are different on some way.. but why?
