Hi, I would start by putting your concerns in writing to the dealer principle if you are not getting any joy face to face with the workshop, and give them a (reasonable) deadline to respond, before you take it to AM UK. It can take some of the emotiveness out writing it down clearly. I am currently attempting to get the people to see my point of view but feel I may need to elevate the issue.
After that, I am assuming AM have a number you can call for Customer Services on their website - that would be my order of escalation.
