would I talk to regarding sub standard work at an approved body shop?

I am currently attempting to get the people to see my point of view but feel I may need to elevate the issue.

Hi, I would start by putting your concerns in writing to the dealer principle if you are not getting any joy face to face with the workshop, and give them a (reasonable) deadline to respond, before you take it to AM UK. It can take some of the emotiveness out writing it down clearly.

After that, I am assuming AM have a number you can call for Customer Services on their website - that would be my order of escalation.

Cheers

Kris

Success. I am going to see them on Monday to discuss the issue.

I sent a bunch of photos regarding the problem and I think they have seen where I am coming from. I would have taken it up their management chain to begin with and only involved AM as a last resort.

Thanks

Well done. I'm surprised AM are so interested. Very little to do with them.

No, the body shop saw it from my point of view.

AM do approve these body shops and therefore should be interested when one of them hasn't achieved the standards that they will have set out for them.
