My new V8V S Roadster is built and sitting at the distribution point. It was supposed to have arrived at the dealer yesterday but seems there is a backlog of cars to ship so not sure when it will be here.

It is very difficult concentrating at work at the mo but hopefully it won't be long now.

Simon, congratulations on your choice......sounds fantastic!

Just as a suggestion, you may want to look at getting the window section of the upper dash trimmed in a different colour (black perhaps) as that section, as well as the binnacle, in cream truffle give horrendous reflections particularly at night with street lights. It's all doable via the Works Service but you'll get a better idea after taking delivery as to what I'm talking about.

Steve, Thanks for the suggestion, my previous roadster was all Sandstorm and the reflection was just about liveable, thought I'd wait and see how the CT was before deciding. I could always drape a black bin bag over the dash in very bad light !!!! (JOKE)

Oh my, that Magma red is automotive porn! I have to admit, when I first started looking for a Vantage I couldn't get Tungsten Silver out of my head. Now i'm leaning towards Cobalt, Toro or even an N400 in Karussell. Dear god, why do they make so many colours that compliment the car so well, it's not like a Merc, Audi or a Beemer where only a few of them really suit.

Really looking forwards to seeing the pictures, both inside and out. I love the idea of Truffle with Black stitching too.

This may sound really random, but when I was getting my hair cut on Saturday at Boston Barbers in Winnersh by a bloke called Russell, he was telling me about a customer who has just ordered a magma red roadster. Was that you?? I'm pretty sure he described the spec exactly as above!
