AMOC Snetterton Sunday 11th

I'm not quite sure what I made of this AMOC arranged day out??
We arrived just before 9.30 and a few cars were running round the track. My DB7 was in for repairs which i was very dissapointed not to have been able to take, but we went anyway !!
There were very few people and cars parked up at this time, and there were two Aston's in the parking area. An old DB2 I think? in a distressed state, but usable and no doubt rare?
One other DB7 was parked up also. A virage arrived and that was it??
I really thought this would be a great meet, with an AMOC stand and loads of owners looking to join the club /buy clothing. I'd made a big mistake as the atmosphere was dreadful with only about 30-40 people who had come to watch, with most not having brought an Aston.
Perhaps I just misread the reason for the meeting. I expected a lot of Aston's turning up to see the action which did not happen at all.
........Thank god the Ferrari's were going round for grid !
Racing started at 13.30.........4 hours after we got there.
Only reason for this post is to advise that you should not expect a Aston Martin meet to be part of the agenda with an AMOC race meeting.

No doubt it all kicked off after the Family convinced me we should go ???
