Superb service from Bamford Rose

I’ve just had my Vanquish returned after being serviced for the first time at Bamford Rose, and I have to say that the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. From picking my car up in a covered transporter, providing me with a very thorough service and inspection report, responding promptly to all my queries/requests, and upon collection walking through in detail all the work completed. I couldn't fault them.
But the best part is that the car has been transformed. The steering, brakes, and paddleshift gearbox have never felt so good. I can honestly say it feels like a different car!
In contract to my dealings with two other AM independents that, bizarrely, seem to have a loyal following here. Problems I’ve experienced in the past ranged from simply never bothering to reply to calls or emails, to poor quality workmanship, being charged for work that was never done, damaging my car (and not admitting it), and outright lies.
Anyway, a big thanks to Mike and his team - I wish I’d found them sooner!!
