Is this a "must do immediately" repair, or can it wait until regular service or becomes more symptomatic? Do they have to be done in pairs?
Tia.
You talking about the gas strut that holds the boot open or the shock absorber?Tia.
If the former, then in my opinion providing you don't mind smashing your head against the partially open hatch as few times it can wait. I had ours replaced under warranty a couple of years ago.... the impacted frontal lobe is healing well now.
If it's the shocker, I'd be wanting it done asap.

I had this, had it done under warranty. However AM recommended that you change them as a pair and I had to pay for the other side. So I had to replace a perfectly good part and pay for it If the former, then in my opinion providing you don't mind smashing your head against the partially open hatch as few times it can wait. To be fair, most manufacturers recommend that shocks/springs are replaced as pair once a certain mileage/age is reached. Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
