The instructions for removing the entire dash panel are in the workshop manual. It's not a trivial task.

+1 the factory use a special jig to locate it
plus you are going to have ot really mess with the electrics & loom
I'd run a mile at that one frown

What are you planning to reupholster it in, the same style leather but in a different colour?

I'd be careful.... get the car re-trimmed by a recognised Aston specialist or Works service and all will be fine (aside from the bill) but if you don't it will wreck the cars A.M. originality and hence a decent chunk of its value IMO, so you end up paying out to make your car worth less!

not just velcro, need to remove the glove box and remove the 4 8mm bolts that hold it in place

Aston have their leather supplied by Bridge of Wier in scotland and it's around £45 Sqm inc delivery with the average hide being 4-5 sqm.

If you give them a call the will send you some samples.
