Is there a post somewhere that details the differences between the V8 Vantage model years?

Have tried the search but it's currently "under maintenance".

You might want to pick up a copy of Grant's book: The Definitive Guide to Gaydon Era Aston Martin. It lays out every change in detail and contains lots of other information on the cars.
