I believe I can not post a link to the Pistonhead advert?

All I want is for someone to cast their eye over the ad and see if I have missed anything.

It's a 2007 (07) with 26600 miles, am I asking too much - £41950

Need a bit more than that, unlikely to trawl through every Aston clasified to find it. Is it a V8 or V12 coupe or somthing else? I hope the ads got a bit more detail.

Lots to look at. Might be this one!
http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/3101427.htm

Interior is a bity marmite - most cars of that colour are black interior. I quite like it as its different, without being too OTT, but can see some people being put off.
Have you listed all the extras - e.g heated screen, rear parking sensors etc.
Price looked reasonable for what else is out there from private sellers. But it is way up North!
You will not be the first on here to find it difficult to sell privately. When I bought mine woould only look at main dealer stock, as didn't know enough about them to 'risk' buying an Aston privately.
Good luck

Yes, thats the one, its has rear parking sensors, they were std I believe.

Well my head ruled the outside colour but my heart ruled the inside colour. Its just so much lighter inside and I found black a little gloomy against the greay exterior.

Like you say you either like or loath.

Get rid of the last 2 lines they are awful and replace with something like “the car is in immaculate condition and is sold with the benefit of Aston Martin warranty until next Feb. The warranty is renewable at that time. Prospective buyers are welcome to contact the supplying dealer to confirm the condition of this cherished car"

good luck

What he said smile

I think the interior looks great BTW, I don't like the dull, dull, dull black ones.

Can't seem to be able to edit the advert:

Sorry, something's not quite right.
The technical team have been notified.

Thanks for the input though

The biggest mistake I can see is that the title says "Astom Martin". Other than that, it seems ok.

If you ask nicely in "Website Feedback", then someone will probably edit it for you.

I like the lighter interior.

Interior looks great IMO.

It's light of a few options I'd personally want to see (bluetooth phone, cruise, memory seats, powerfold mirrors etc). Does it have HID lights? Would possibly have been worth noting the audio as "Premium".

Right ball park to sell it I would think, though sadly you will now have to deal with the general public. Who are knob jockeys by and large. It might be worth phoning dealers and asking for a bid to give you options...

Very accurate.

Mr K got within 3K of his asking price from the Dealer.

But that was a trade in deal smile

The best my dealer could offer after 4 month since purchace was £37K, which was a heck of a lot less than I paid

Car is very nice - a little out of my price range sadly - but love the light interior. BTW I don't think a £37k bid is outrageous from a dealer, you ARE going to get hosed if you buy / sell to a main dealer.

Good luck with the sale - must be sad to see it go so soon.

ETA - might be worth listing off date / location / mileage of all service smile

Sorry to go a little off topic. I would be interested in finding out what a dealer is offering prospective sellers of a 2007 DB9, I am in the market to get a car probably next week, there was a 2007 sports pack for sale a few weeks ago for 43K which seemed like a great price a little out outside my budget but hey that's what kidneys are for... I'm now wondering if I could possibly get a 2007 (for the new seats and the bluetooth/ipod etc) and not break my budget when negotiating with either private individuals or dealers
