Just been looking at the AM website and found this: http://site.astonmartin.com/eng/thecompany/partner...
Has anyone got or tried one of these? I love it, but can't find any more info (price etc.). I can't seem to find it on Jaeger LeCoultre's website either, is it discontinued?

Found a couple of links George. No wonder there is no price showing.

I've never heard of them before! Plus it isn't even made of exotic materials, it's only titanium or stainless. And it has a leather strap! I'm not really a watch aficionado either.
GeorgeIn that case you've obviously not been reading the big glossy AM magazine in sufficient detail.
If it wasn't for that piece of invaluable reading Di wouldn't be now into her exotic hats and I wouldn't have my private jet (PJ to those in the know)

a Jaeger LeCoultre's watch for 2-3k what planet are you living on !!!!
I've never heard of them before! Plus it isn't even made of exotic materials, it's only titanium or stainless. And it has a leather strap! I'm not really a watch aficionado either. I'm a collector of watches and have a few Jaeger Le-Coultres including the AMVOX 1 in Titanium, the first Aston/JLC piece. The grey of the dial exactly matches the dials of the car, I rather like it. Looks like this and has a very charming mechanical alarm which is a complication I enjoy. It has the Aston wings engraved on the back quite subtley which is also nice.

The vertical trigger chrono and transponder in the AMVOX 2 is a genius idea but I change my watch more often than my underwear so it wouldn't be particularly beneficial to me. Also it's not much use to you if you sell the car...
I also have a vast collection of driving gloves, but that's another story for another time...

I really like that one, I'm a big fan of watches but know next to nothing about them. One day I'll have a nice watch collection I hope. Not so much driving gloves, but each to their own http://www.finetimepieces.com/jaeger_lecoultre/amv...

I recently got this one:
If I had known of the DB9 watch, or the fantastic DBS chronograph one I might have got one of those instead.

Buy a rapide and spec one as an option
IRRC it also opens and starts the car

could have been the "few JLCs"
or the collection of driving gloves!
Whatever... good for you!
