Front LED lights
Discussion
Quick question - has anyone ever changed these before? If so are they easy to do...?
I only ask as mine don't appear to be very bright... :-\ I saw another V8V with some extreme white LED's at the front and it looked great - very striking. Mine didn't appear to be anywhere near as strong.

I too have noticed that my white LEDs are substantially dimmer than those I see in cars such as Mercs, Porsches, or Audis. Does it depend on model year? Maybe the new cars' lights are brighter. New cars are designed with higher output more modern LED's
Don't forget the current headlight unit was probably designed in ~2002 for the 2005 launch
Also it was never designed for todays "day running light" EU legislation
Mine actually has 1in tall birthday candles in the light housings. These were considered high tech by the lighting guys at the time.Don't forget the current headlight unit was probably designed in ~2002 for the 2005 launch

I try and use them as little as possible as I think they've half burnt through already.
I believe the indicators are fireflys that receive an electric shock (and are fed as part of the 40k service).
