Calm down...sounds like you're going to piss yourself.

In which case I think you would be a suitable owner - BUY IT smile

Not massively reliable so warranty is a rather useful safety blanket (water ingress on Volantes and "interesting" electric swith 3 fuse boxes, etc). Pull fuse 22 in the boot's fuse box for the bypass pipes to be turned off.

Have been fortunate enough to spend quite some time pottering around in a friend's and whilst it's definately on the GT side (as opposed to sportscar) I can see the appeal.

Do it. Now.

Hiya Soov wavey

Will be good to have you around here. Buy it, you know you want to.

I haven't forgotten I owe you a beer for offering to, in your words, "Ream them a new one". The excellent legal advice you offered to me over my V8 wheel problem. biglaugh

A thought...

If Soovy hasn't signed on the dotted line yet, might now be a good time for him to blag an "experience" day at Silverstone or Millbrook?

The extended warranty is a good idea IMHO. If an inspection is required, some dealers will do this for free during a service.

Hey!!

I'm sorely tempted. Looks like a gorgeous car for the money. It's at an AM dealer so warranty is included.

Glad the wheel problem got sorted.

you might as well buy it as I have never met a barrister (and I know plenty including a couple of QC's ) who works after about 2pm......so with all that time on your hands you could be driving a very nice DB9.....get it bought

A couple of hours at barrister rates will have it paid for....... Can't see a reason not to go for ithehe
depends if its civil/commercial work or crappy old crime/family ......but either way he should get down to the dealers now and buy the DB9......hardly going to loose much at that price !

Really? st, I'd better go and check my faultlessly reliable Volante for unreliability and water ingress rolleyes

Approved AM car at £40k, in the colour you like with the correct toys and service history? Bargain, get it bought.

Yeti, as you well know all AM Volantes are indeed susceptible to water ingress. There is, thankfully a quickfix to circumvent this issue.

Don't put the roof down when it's raining biggrin

I wish they would put this kind of information in the owner's manual. I feel such a fool with my soggy carpets...

Stick a black labrador in there. That'll soak it up.
