been looking for a couple of months, I had a 6 cylinder DB7 about 12 months a go but didnt like the auto box.

The vantage is an auto but the box is much crisper......

My '9' has been delayed 4 weeks now. Just heard it might arrive on the 11th. Touch and go for Le Mans this year.

Have you got the sports exhaust on your DB7V ?

Yeah... all the production is delayed by 5 weeks. They want to be ultra cautious after the good press that there are no f*** ups with the first few. Fine by me, just frustating.

It does sound great without the Sports Exhaust, but with it on , it's twice as loud and screams like a Ducatti when you're caining it. I always ended up going through Dartford tunnel in 2nd gear pulling 4000 revs. It was deafening, mainly cause I had both windows down as well !

I have a maso 4200 spyder and that sounds great in tunnels.....but until I empty somthing out the toybox (garage) to make room for my DB7 and replenish my bank account it will all have to wait

just heard that its actually the lipstick holders that are not working correctly, hence the delay. Some buyers have insisted theirs work correctly.

shouldn't you be on the very reliable and predictable German "sports" car section Mr Rich

and anyway what wrong with lipstick holders, it just shows you have an active feminine side
