DB6 Volante History
Discussion
Hello Aston fans!
I wonder if any of you can help me. A non ph'er friend of mine has recently purchased a DB6 Volante auto, and I'm helping her to research the history of the car. It's currently registered TBH990E and has recently been repainted Rolls Royce Seychelles Blue, having previously been a darker shade of blue and originally dark green. It was first registered on 1.1.1967 and appears to be a very early example of the longer wheelbase Volante that followed the earlier DB5 based "short chassis" model, possibly a factory demonstrator and/or 1966 Motor Show car.
If anyone knows anything of this car, I'd be delighted and most grateful to hear from you.
Thanks in advance
OB

Try the AMOC forums, mate. They have a register of cars on there and may be able to help.
