DB9 Brake Pads

Hi,

Just had my DB9 serviced and have been advised to change the pads very shortly, after only 8000 miles. Would any one recommend any after market pads or should I stick with the aston ones? The are other well known pads on the market at half the price but do they perform as well?

Any ideas anyone? Who makes the Aston pads is it Brembo and if so I buy Brembo pads?
