This looks like more than just a facelift. Take a look at the interior!

Curious about what happens to the current DB9/Virage/DBS model range?
Will they all be replaced by the new model?

I like those big vents in the bonnet. Makes it look a bit meaner.

I expect that the three current cars will be replaced by one new one and that after a couple of years a new DBS will arrive.

I hope the new DB9 is at least 599 level in performance. The space in the rear looks no more generous that it is now.

Still VH based by the looks of it
Nothing obviously new on the interior just a cover over the console (maybe that is new wink ) and the instrument cover is a temporary one (I'd hope!)
I suspect this is a panel rework with a few machanic tweaks (as was the point of the VH structure) maybe a few CF bits, ASM II box, a greener engine (turbo?)
The squiggles do my eyes in trying to discern the body changes frown

Wow, liking that.

However waiting for the comments saying it looks identical to every other modern Aston Martin rolleyes

Won't this be called the DB10?

Or is it a DBS update?

Autocar says that it is the DBS replacement - which I think is more likely. Big spoiler and aggressive looks look more DBS than GT tourer that the DB9 is. Either way can't wait to see it undisguised

It might be because of the wheels, but from side on it sort of reminds me of the 1990s V8.

I really hope they do more to it mechanically than just give it another 20 hp or something. I also hope the front doesn't end up looking more like a Jag XK than before.

What a stupid thing to say. The XK was designed AFTER the DB9.

It seems to be a DBS update, DB9 coming out later in 2013.

According to WorldCarFans, the new car has been caught testing alongside a Ferrari 599 and Mercedes SLS AMG. This too speaks for a DBS update.

Also take a look at the rear of the car. It looks more Vantage-like (number plate in the bumper). Will this be exclusive to the DBS in order to differentiate the top model from DB9 and Virage?

LeftLane.com says: "The most surprising part? Aston Martin is reportedly planning to switch from the current two-opening grille to a single opening."

That's because they've defiled the grille by putting it on the Cygnet.
