Yay! Fantastic... Oh!!

Quite underwhelming actually. I am not sure what I expected but after ripping off the plastic on the new AM magazine and eagerly flicking through the pages I managed...just, to spot the V12V homecoming on page 94.
So much effort by the AM team, the organisers and all the owners travelling from far and wide, perhaps its just me but I was hoping for a bit more in depth coverage of what was a momentous occasion.
Still there was six pages of advertising where I can buy a bloody hat. (yes I do know thats what pays for the mag).

Yepee,
The postie managed to drag hinself across the gravel this morning and deposit issue 15 on the carpet.....
Great joy I can now look for a new hat, but seriously I agree with Di the coverage is a little understated considering the effort put in by those that kindly organized it and gave up their Sunday morning for the enjoyment of
others.

Di, have you seen AM Quaterly Summer edition. Two page report on the V12V day at Works with some good pictures and much better than in the AM magazine. Quite like that it gives full acknowledgment that it started as an idea on this forum and the pictures give a good feel for the day.

I am pleased it was acknowledged somewhere. Sadly I doubt if I will get to see as I am not a recipient of the aforementioned tome.Di

I literally flick through it for 30secs to see if there's anything other than adverts or bits on the Cygnet or handbags and then it goes in the recycle bin.

I think there is some confusion here. The 2 page report is in the AMOC Summer Quarterly magazine not the mag produced by Aston Martin.
Woah, what's the mag produced by AM? I've had to discontinue my AMOC membership unfortunately, their publications were way too focused on older models. A couple of years ago I received 2 editions of a very modern looking mag and renewed my AMOC membership based solely on the mag, yet never saw another one. As an AM owner you should receive 'seasonal' editions of the Aston Martin Magazine.
If an AMOC Member you receive in addition...
The monthly A5 size AM News.
The quarterly A4 AM Quarterly.
Additional one-off publications (recent 75th Anniversary publication etc) as well as membership list books, DB7 to One-77 Register, etc.
