Lower front grille

The front grille on my 2006 Vantage has become discoloured/rusted in places and I would like to repaint it. Does anybody know how to remove it by any chance (it moves a bit but I do not see any screws/bolts/clips/...) ?

Chiltern did mine so can't help. But if it's got to come off, better to replace with some better quality mesh or maybe the hexagonal stuff they use on the latest models? Old pic of car, 2mm polished stainless mesh. It really lifts the front end.
