Folks

We had a puncture in one rear last month and elected to change both tyres for new ones.
Both tryes are AM9 branded on the sidewall and the RE050A Brigestone Potenzas, as original.
The outside of both tyres say outside (amazing). Tyre pressures are all good.
And yet I've got this nagging feeling that the car feels less planted/grippy at the rear than it used to. They've done about 300 miles since new, so I'd have thought any releasing agent would have got out by now.

Any thoughts. Is it just "block squirm" that I'm feeling?
Mystified

might still be release compound ...depends on brand, and how hard you drive ...Ive had tyres before of other brands that took nearly 1000 miles to wear in frown

switch the traction control off and go burn em out a bit smile

Cheers Bogie. I'll give that a whirl
I like Donuts
Forgot to say, I can see no direction markings on these tyres. I suppose if there were that would mean every tyre on the car was different so I assume they run either way so long as outside is outside.
