Roadster Numbers
Discussion
Following last weeks top gear, I was doing a bit of playing about on www.howmanyleft.co.uk
It seems from that website that there are 87 vantage roadsters (+ 2 SORNd) and 104 vantage roadster autos (+ 1 SORNd) licensed as of 2011. Leaving to one side the accuracy of whether or not a car is an 'auto' or manual, that still totals only 194 Roadsters (vs approximately 3000 coupes).

Is it me or does that seem like a tiny tiny amount?!
Perhaps I didn't realise how 'exclusive' they are (or just how few people want an Aston with the roof off).
Considering I have a manual N400 Roadster, the number of that specific setup in the UK must be pretty low indeed?!

Might PH for sales give some idea? In which case, roadsters account for about 25% of the total. I suppose the number of roadsters for sale might be seasonally high at the mo, so say 20% roadsters??
+1 though there are quite a few on PH and trader that have hung around (yellow 4.3 with sport pack wheels has been on for over 9 months) and the dealers I'm trying to buy my Vantage S roadster from can't find used roadsters to sell! Wilmslow have one new one out of ~30 cars. They are quite rare.
