Back In The Saddle!!!
Discussion
After selling an earlier Vanquish and a couple of years in Merc Land I have just collected by new Vanquish 'S' in Tungsten Silver - Didnt realise how much I missed the sense of theatre you get right from pressing the starter button. I will never sell again unless trading for an Ultimate (if i can ever afford one). Its great to be back

As "The Jock" has suggested I am drooling, I would love to own a Vanquish S but I'm too mean with my wife's money........please do not put any pictures up of your car it would hurt too much I bet Michael Gould is drooling at the thought of some S pics.

Yes theres a fair difference I have noticed its mainly the mid range accelaration from 50-100MPH it really rips you back in the seat, whilst the standard Vanquish was quick, the S is something else, The Handling and Braking whilst I am sure they are better, must be closer to the original as having had a break of 2year between drives the difference is not as noticeable.
But if you were thinking of the extra investment I am sure paying the extra for an S will reap dividends with future resale values etc. I believe the earlier model out numbers the S by about 2 to 1 in RHD versions.
Anyway the sun is shining so must dash
