yikes

I am utterly shocked. I'd like to think that there has been a miscarriage of justice there.

Woh.

He's been spoken of quite highly on here in the past. Not good if true (which it appears to be)

Not half. There are two sides to every story, and neither I believe are represented accurately in that fish and chip wrapping.

I've just been reading the AMOC discussion about Ricky. They seem to be of the opinion that Ricky was duped. Some of his customers have stated that they will continue to use his services.

It's a pity that the press coverage is so poor.

Either way, just because someone is done for handling stolen goods, doesn't mean I wouldn't let them service my car!

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone etc... Everyone transgresses in one way or another, looks like this one just might have got waaaay out of hand.

Yes? Or why would I have said it?

I don't use Rikki as he's not near me. If I lived in his neck of the woods, I would. He has a grest reputation for the work he does.

Sounds like a miscarriage of justice and that the judge misdirected the jury.

Rikki is a great guy and a straight one too, I would trust him 100%.

Hopefully those that dobbed him in it, will come to regret it.

My 89 Xpack is at Rikki's for servicing. I have complete faith in the guy. He has been 100% honest and open with me over servicing, costs and so forth for many years. He and his team does world class work, and I will continue to use him. End of.

What have you based that on?

Presumably he is going to appeal?

Whilst I admire all of your loyalty, unless you were in court every day and heard every piece of evidence ( as the jury did ) I'm wondered on what basis you are protesting his innocence.

Not saying he's guilty or innocent, just that, that part of Essex is not far off like the wild west.

I'm not saying he is innocent or guilty either. I was just questioning the objectivety of the
"he's done a good service on my Aston therefore he must be innnocent" brigade posting on this thread.
