Radio plastic screen refurb anyone?

Here's a new one. My screen for the radio, temp and so on is quit scratched. Has anyone ever tried polishing this back and if so what should be used to do it?

You can buy a polish for plastic rear windows on rag tops that should work....it's designed to take scratches and haze

Does the screen come off easily enough as mine isn't perfect by any means and could do with a clean?

I plan to remove the knobs if possible and then mask the surround and have a go. It takes a slight edge off the condition of the interior to me to look at all the scratches. Will let you know my success rate!

I had it in mind that my marks were on the inside of the screen (which doesnt make sense) but I will take a closer look next time I am in the car to check.

the knobs just pull out....i know as i am in the process of making new stainless steel ones...with regards to your centre console....i have a 2nd hand one at Rick's.....used to display my heater control knobs...if it helps you can buy it from me via Rick , giving you a 2nd option....

my knobs are all shiny......all 5 of them....and you only have 3.....not as bad as one though...or none even....
