I saw this at stoneleigh last year. It had twin exhausts plus a rusty third one

LMFAO - £30k for that pile of ****!

confused

edit - love the notes "THIS CAR IS THE ONLY DB9 KIT SO FAR BUILT IN THE UK AND MAY WELL BE THE LAST !!"

I wonder if that is just out of pure regret of if AM have had their IP lawyers contacting the kit manufacturer! Hopefully both!

Whoever has built it hasn't done a bad job to be fair - at a glance it looks like a DB9.

But it is just awful, they should have at least done a coupe so it is harder for people to see inside. Not exactly cheap for what it is too.

And it has a chavvy plate.

£7k more would get you the real deal:

(Isn't it incredible what kind of motor you get for the price of let's say an Audi A4 with extras??? I mean it's a 6 year old DB9 with only 35k miles in a beautiful colour combo for only 36 grand!!!!?

Love it!
I was thinking of swapping to a Volante - this coud save me a few bob.

The craftmanship of the interior especially sells me on the car - the fit of the leather surpasses any AM interior and the way the Sat Nav has been intergrated is genius.

Obviously I am *officially* outraged but that has been rather well done. Have you seen some MR-2-based F-40s and Enzos?

Still a massive pile of poo though. I remember a Peugeot 406 Coupe-based F360 replica which also looked as good as the 'DB9' there, and again, they wanted £30k for it.

I suppose when the originals are 4 times the price they make financial sense if you're a geezer who lives in a dream world and has a fake Rolex. When they cost the same, hmm, not so much...
