Hi. I've just succumbed to the urge and traded my v8 roadster for a V12 Vantage and wanted to say a quick thanks to this forum. Your varied and interesting posts helped me to make up my mind (although driving one helped my decision as well, it's quite an experience!)

Missing the open air a bit but the car is truly awesome, I think it might even be a keeper smile

Welcome, but really, come on!!

You cant dangle V12 carrots like that.

We need, nay, demand pictures smile

Any more details? Colour, interior etc?

You have bought yourself an awesome car congratulations and enjoy.

Ooh yes, I should have remembered the pics rule smile Guess I'd better find out how to actually do that!

The only pics I have were what I took at the dealer when I bought it. I'll see if I can get one on. In the meantime it's a Quantum silver/Obsidian with carbon seats.

I do like to see the dark colours, so much better than these common bright silvers that are out there........
Wait for it...........

Ed's dead baby, Ed's dead.

Always wanted to paraphrase Bruce Willis in Pulp Fiction (arguably his best film) smile

Yes, the Quantum is a lovely colour, first time I'd seen it up close. I think the Vantage looks good in almost any colour but I'm always drawn to the darker ones. I've had 3 years of Onyx Black and having to clean it every 6 minutes for it to look good though so I'm hoping this will be an easier colour to live with.

You mean the AM Performance Driving Course? That's definitely on my list of things to do.

Yep, Colesie the cleaning thing is a pain with black, been there trust me.Quantum was my initial choice but I bottled it as I thought that after the initial novelty had worn off it would do my skull like the black.
Went safe with Lightning silver and lookerly for me its bullet proof so to paraphrase like Jockman.
"I'll be back"....

At the moment I'd say yes, although I probably will miss it sometimes.
