I know I am not the most observant but I am sure I would have noticed it before.

When I depress and release the clutch there are two clicks which i can only liken to pushing a switch like on a lamp.

Anyone else have this or an idea what it is?

Like I said, I am pretty sure it wasn't there before.

Thanks

Di

Sorry Di, can't help, don't really know what a clutch is smile

Just been for a spin in the DB9 and a yellow warning light is now on saying the DSC requires a service, and so Traction Control has switched itself off. I will pm Rick to see if he can advise as he serviced the car 7 weeks ago. Might be a warranty item, as only just over 2 years old.

Rick also took out my Fuse 22 and taped it to the fuse box but can't find it now so may ask for another, hopefully not a problem.

It's the switch for the start button to activate.

My V8 did this with the DSC. Dealer fixed it under warranty and it's not (thus far) happened again. I think it's to do with a speed sensor or something. Either way, it wasn't something I made a special trip to the dealer for - the V8 is very well behaved without DSC (being for grandads I reckon the DB9 will be even more so biggrin), so unless it was about to be snowy/icy or particularly greasy through torrential downpour, I would wait until your next service (unless warranty is about to expire smile). And even then, you can moderate your driving to keep it on the road (you should come for a ride in my Griff if you want to see "unruly" without DSC).

On fuse 22, nip to Halfords. They're nowt special and the handbook tells you the size you need smile

Have sent pm to Rick, anyway, but will probably get Stratstone to pick it up and fix under warranty.

Thanks Murph, you gorgeous beast smile

(And definitely worth talking to Rick to ensure I'm not talking out of my harris.)

Nope, Murph, you are not talking out of your harris.

Prompt call from Ricardo at DMS confirmed your analysis so awaiting collection by Stratstone.

Di - apologies for piggybacking your thread. I owe you a G&T.

Murph I owe you 2 G&Ts.

Fuse 22 also in the post from Ricardo. Not enough Gin in the world to pay that man back smile

Is it a special AM fitment item? I trod on mine a few days after I picked the car up (so I chucked it away), maybe I should order another just in case?
