Hi Stuart new grill looks amazing. Do you still have the old grill? Are you going to sell it? If so I’d be interested.

Many Thanks

Tom
I'm in 2 minds at present whether to retain for any future purchaser (although that will be a long time off) or to pass on to another owner with a need.

Had a splendid trip back from the boat today. Ended up in a trio with a 911 and some sort of BMW convertible. I won biggrin

Ah yes then there was the lad in the black Focus who attempted a brave fight-back up on the inside making his wastegate go 'wooo' until he ran out of room. Sorry chap but a V12 with valves open beats a 4-pot going 'wooo' hehe

Drove the Devils Highway

460 twisting turns within 120 miles and no guard rails - Oh Yea!
This was Route 666 but it got changed to Highway 191, in eastern Arizona

Good luck with the sale Neil, I’m sure you’ll miss it though! Love the Carbon engine panel where did you get that from?

Participated in a monthly Cars and Coffee as I do every month. Out of about 600 cars, mine was the only DB11 there. In fact, the only Aston of all those cars. I've overly photographed my car in this ongoing show, so thought another pic would be more entertaining.

Since my son and I subjected my car to a three-day paint correction and ceramic treatment a couple of years ago, it has had nothing but standard washes, and it had picked up lots of micro-scratches and holograms.

So - a perfect day for car washing - warm, but not sunny and most importantly, no rain forecast….

A gentle machine polish, followed by Autoglym Ultra HD wax and topped off with a quick ceramic spray.

It still has some stone chips, but it’s looking an awful lot better now.

Obligatory reflection shot….

Attended an all British car show, Bulldogs and Englishmen. Lumped into the "Other British" category with a hand full of other Astons (DB7, DB9 V8 Vantage and mine). Weather looked ugly, but the rain held out.

At the hotel car park:

Drove to the Silverstone Museum and spent a very pleasant few hours looking around, drove back through an epic rain storm on the way home, put another tank of fuel in it :-)

Often wondered about doing my tail-light area & roof in black, this photo of your beast goes a long way to convincing me!

Took mine for a drive on Harry's road near Burford - thought I would post as it also has a black tail light panel and black roof.

I think it sets off the Silver. If you want, I can PM other pictures from other angles to help you decide.

Sorry just seen this .

I had it dipped and clear coated from a place in Gateshead , cost about £140iirc , th epurists will be outraged but I thought it brightened up the engine bay.

Also considering this. Looks good with the black-edged clear lights!
