They are nice, best factory wheel I have seen on the new Vantage. Most I see are are black with the diamond cut surface.

Is it more for keeping the interior cool like a larger windscreen sun shield? The paint would still succumb to sun damage with that cover.

Yes, they told me that it's to keep the interior cooler. I need to say that it worked.
Nevertheless, as soon as I took it back, aircon on and roof down.

I had something similar done for my morgan, but in that case it is for the rain.
I should ask to the dealer if they could borrow that to me for a couple of days, to give it to my tailor to copy it.
Maybe in autumn, when they do not need it, I do it.

Yes but important cars, special cars and generally the more expensive cars are usually more valuable in left hand form due to the bigger market place into which you can sell them.
