I think it depends on the charger. There are chargers on the market that are designed to keep the car "awake" while you swap out a battery, but others (like my Ampmatic) actually sense if they are connected to a car with a battery and, if they see no battery, will automatically shut down.Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
