New Targa vs original targa fitments

Hi.
Couple of Qs after today's T350 viewings:
- Do any of you have experience with the 2 eras of the T350's targa fitments? Is the newer style any better than the original? (apart from maybe looking a little less Heath Robinson).
- Are the Targa panels made from GRP like the Chimaera/Griffith roofs? They seemed to weigh virtually nothing. I see they are finished in a Carbon Fibre finish, but is it real or is it fake and just covered GRP like the Chimaera/Griffith?
- Is there just the one sports exhaust available? The one I have heard (don't know whose it was) sounded good under load, but popped and banged far too much for my liking (sounded like a mini with a cherry bomb to me). A bit of popping is good though.
- Also, I was let loose in a T350 today with just the girlfriend for a gentle drive in the country - great way to get a feel for the car. These cars are too fast for this country! Plus the brakes are awesome!
