Best cleaner/conditioner for Charcoal Bison trim?

Hi,
I am not entirely sure whether the Charcoal Bison trim in my Tamora (which now has 2 front and 2 back wheels now!) is real leather!, as theZymol leather cleaner I have which I used for my Chim doesn't seem to 'do a lot' when I wipe it on the trim in the Tam!
Is there an alternative to what I have been useing, and would normal 'Vinel' cleaner do the job?

Bison is not leather it is a synthetic trim. I tend to clean it with any upoldtry cleaner and a soft nail brush to get into the grain, works on amler as well.
