Considering a Tamora, a few questions...
Discussion
Am considering getting a Tamora. Had a Chim a while ago and never got over not having a TVR to play with. One of the issues I had to let the Chim go for was it very difficult for my wife to drive - no pas for starters. So, is the Tamora an easy car to drive at normal speeds around town? Also, how is the reliability of them - there don't seem to be many threads on problems so I assume that is a good indicator.

Cheers.
By intimidating do you mean the sheer power ready to be unleashed? My wife never explores the fun range so as long as is OK to potter about in that will be fine - (I can have all the fun!) We had a Boxster for a while which she loved, but had to go becuase it knackered my back - so need to get another sports car she can enjoy. Are the seats comfortable?

Miss Spenny to be drives the Tam with no problem. It really is an easy car to drive and pootle about in, with the possible exception that the turning circle is a bit on the large side.
Of course if you're accidentally a bit heavy with the old right foot, then things get a bit different...

The only issue my better half has with our Tamora is the fact the pedels are hinged at the floor - apparetly this causes problems with certain pairs of shoes (she has to wear the non-healed variety) !! On the plus side, once mastered the clutch is a joy, far lighter than the chimaera.
My other half drives a Tamora - no problems at all with it other than you will need the "right" shoes.
It is a *LOT* lighter to drive than my Griff but can be a bit tricky to "launch" as it lacks the sheer torque of the Griff. You can't really get away with pulling off in gears other than 1st unless you have at least some momentum
