t350 rear glass hatch rattle
Discussion
Couple of things to check before you say its the glass hatch;
I found that the little compartment in the boot floor where the cans of tyre sit was knocking against the inside of the body work (pull it out and you'll see what I mean) - put some foam strips on the edges and it improved but not toally fixed, yet.
The other thing I found was that the cans of tyre were actually knocking against each other - bubble wrap sorted them.
Having said all that though, I too suspect mine rattles on the odd occassion but (and I'm sure you've found this), once you get out of the car and try to replicate it, no amount of pushing and shaking the car will make it happen.

I had a rattle like that, and that also turned out to be the tyre "pumpperupper"....(cant spell airarsholes)cans bashing together,the wife soon solved it by putting the cans in a pair of trainer socks, however we do have a small chatter on one of the hatch stays,(not sure how to fix that yet!!)

Its the pin that latches into the door catch and is held in place by an allen bolt. This can be lossened and it allows the pin to move up or down the braken tightening or lossning the glass to the seal.
If it is too loose it rattles against the catch, thats the noise.
Hope that helps, James
