Having trouble with your catch, anyone? Well, it's been re-designed, and I'm off to Harrogate tomorrow to get my replacement. I ordered it about 2 weeks ago. I expect it to be a warranty item i.e. free! I'll let you know....

I thought you were going to get that sorted at the factory when they were checking your ECU for the over reading problem..?

I was, gaffer, but I gave Harrogate a ring and they said they would sort it out. I can't bear to let the Tamora lie idle in this nice weather, so I'll probably let the factory have the car when I'm on holiday at the end of July.

Kings put a rubber stop on the right underside of the lid so that it now sits flush with the rest of the dash and appears far more solid. Can't believe I'm praising them on something!
Cheers....... Andrew

be warned the revised hinge is better but still a bit tacky. I made the mistake of having mine covered in parchment bison and it shows permanent fingerprints
