whats beeping?

Every so often i get a series of beeps from the radio area, I havent a clue what they are, Any ideas?

I've had that too...! Don't have a clue what it is though either.

sure the manual says, but can't be bothered to look...

It's the RDS/traffic function on the radio. I think it is telling you it is switching from one transmitter to another, stronger one. The beeping can be turned off if you look in the stereo manual.
