T350 dirt under light cover!

Went to look at a t350 at the weekend 03 reg. Car was mint apart from dust and dirt collecting under the front light cover. is this normal and is it an easy fix

The dust and dirt under the light cover is genuine factory dust, and you may also notice the odd splodge of paint!

Used to but Noble bought it to copy the engine for their cars.

I looked at one today and it also had LOADS of dust in the headlights.... dealer told me it could be blown out though....
