Hopefully a couple of weeks time. Going to wait for the motor show see the final version of the Sagaris before I fininsh my spec.

Alway's wanted one, but was really worried about the resale of the car, but took the plunge. Handles diff to my Tuscan, and the power diff was a bit noticable, but all round a nice compact TVR.

Soon to be Mrs of Spenny writing,
Is it too loud? I don't think so, he got his pride and joy back yesterday morning, and had been wearing a big grin since then! It pops and gurgles beautifully, they should be fitted as standard.

Drove past a Tamora the other day and it sounded fantastic - I know the owner, he lives in the saame village and drinks in the same pub so asked him about it. Turns out it has the modified system (£400 approx) and it doesn't make the noise in the cabin any worse - I am very very tempted.

Hi Dougie,

Do you know who did "your Mates" modification. Was it the factory or a 3rd party.

I need more sound...................

Cheers,
Nick

Nick,

It was Dreamachines in Heathfield, East Sussex - I have a sneaking suspicion I will be calling them today. We bought the car from them, and get it serviced there - they have been very good to us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Hi Nick

I have the ACT supplied stainless exhaust and that was around £400. You can fit the thing yourself in half an hour and the noise is fantastic. The only trouble is I find myslef blipping the throttle whenever I'm in a queue or the Hight Street or anywhere else others may appreciate the noise.

By the looks of things I'm going to end up keeping it as a second car. Been offered as high as £23k Trade ... it doesn't have aircon! I ask you ... the ing roof comes off, why would you need aircon? I'd rather sell it for £25k direct to someone on here ... that's if I could get that for it. I thought it was poor losing £13k in a year never mind £16k.

C'est la vie I guess.

I now have the sports exhaust fitted on the Tamora - all I can say is AWESOME. It is like having a new car. All the burble and popping that I had with the Chim. is back (and some). I would recommend it to anyone. It is a little more noisy although all the miles I did on Sunday were with the roof off so it is bound to be worse. If in doubt - do it !!

Just tried to do a deal on your Tamora at TMS ( assuming that one is yours!),, but no go ,, offered my Chim 450 and 12K cash, but, alas,, they would not budge!, so am off to the one at the TVR Centre, Barnet in a few days, a little cheaper,,, but I did have my heart set on your old Tam
