I have only had my t350 for three weeks now and only take it up to 3500 revs whilst running it in. I had a test drive prior to purchase in a demo car but that was also being run in so couldent be booted. At the moment the car feels and sounds like a diesel car. I would like someone to asure me that after running it in, booting it from 3500 revs will make a big difference as I feel quite disappointed at the moment

Yep I can confirm that. My other half has just bought a Tamora - it sounds like a bag of spanners low down but once you start to get in to the power band around 3-4K then the fun starts. Completely different drive to my Griff; you have to work to make the Tamora shift but the handling is far better.

Enjoy

I know the feeling. Changed from a 4.2 Cerb to the T350. First 1000 miles were painful. Now have 2000 miles on it and I have allowed myself a couple of short bursts to @6k, it's a different car up there for sure. I still think the Cerbie would take it in a straight line, but only just. I am told it just gets better, hope to find out on a track some time in the summer. Engine sounds better after the 1000 mile service as well.

You bet it is. And its true that they get better the more miles you put on. Fish took me out in his. He's got over 12k miles on compared to my 4.5k and the power delivery in his is staggering. He managed to get from about 10 to 125 mph, up hill in the blink of an eye.
