Sports Exhaust on Tamora - worth it??

Hi - I keep hearing about people getting sports exhausts on Tamoras - is it worth it? I heard it on the T350 at Racing Green and it sounded good...

If so, any advice on where to go or more importantly not go?!! Thanks.

Do it! It does make the car sound much better - Austec do a system for about £300-350, or any good exhaust maker will do you one for similar money. Ther's a good place in Sheffield that does bespoke systems - rods got his T350 exhaust from there and it sounds awesome. They also did some straight-through pipes for me, which sound like this :- noisy! - but in truth they were too much for anything other than short drives!

Tim does them at ACT ... that's where the one on mine came from.

We're just waiting for first morning when we have to fire up the Tamora and the Grif together. Test the neighbours insulation (or toleration)

Oh - they drive a Honda S2000 and gave some funny looks our way. I guess they spotted their first 2 sports cars

Apparently ... but if you keep the old exhaust it's only a half hour job to put it back on before you go back to the dealer with any problems ... they'll never know unless you tell them!
