T350 factory updates

Was there a set date when T350s started coming out the factory with the various improvements such as the luggage cover/finger holes in the rear hatch/glovebox?

Will the factory carry out these mods FOC to a car is asked?

Also, does anyone have a list of the mods I should look for? (I only know of the ones above).

I HAD MINE LAST MARCH AND THERE WAS BUGGER ALL ON IT. Will the factory carry out these mods FOC to a car is asked? MINE WENT IN FOR SOME WORK AND A SERVICE, AND THEY DID THE FOLLOWING F.O.C: REAR LUGGAGE COVER, FUEL TANK AND FILLER MODS, NEW REAR HATCH, HINGES AND LATCH, KICKPLATES. Also, does anyone have a list of the mods I should look for? (I only know of the ones above). Thanks!

THE ONLY OTHER ONE I CAN THINK OF WOULD BE THE SUN VISORS WHICH CAN'T BE RETRO FITTED.

Mine is going back mid-March for some paint and numerous other items including refitting the rear tailgate glass into the aperture better and are going to retro-fit the toneau cover (f.o.c.)and (hopefully) upgrade the fuel filler breather to overcome the splash-back problem.

I may have been imagining things, but wasn't there a front speaker upgrade/update too?

I'd forgotten about the sun visors - I'd need them as the girlfriend is short and will drive occassionally. Being a lanky sprout I can see bugger all when they're down on the Chimaera.

Snakes - your car looks lovely. The colour isn't that different to my Chimaera (see for sale section).

Actually its at the factory & he's having sprayed Spectraflair silver like mine !!

Our T350c is supposed to be going back to the factory for the upgrades, (if we ever get a date for it!!)
We are having the rear cover & sun visors fitted.
I think it was good old Flasher who's car went back, and all work was carried out foc (is that correct Flash?).

Not sure what they do but is supposed to work,mines at the factory at the moment having this done amongst other things.
The door speakers are a optional extra.

I had a tremendous fight to get mine done at all. The paint was awful (falling off) and there were various other issues including the luggage cover and some crap trim. All was eventually done after two months of rucking and TMS stepping in to help, they were very good fighting my corner. I ended up "contributing" £400 towards the full respray and retrim. The car was superb when it came back but I then became seriously ill the next day (unrelated I hope!!). On getting out of hospital I couldn't drive it let alone get in and out so it had to go....

A word of warning, they dont have to do anything to update your car so you need to talk to your dealer.

Wonder what they will make of those tail pipes rod's??

Not gone yet. Going back on 15th March. As for the colour, I still like it and it looks good in the sun. I did think about a respray to mint green metallic (a Mazda colour that HHC had their first T350T in) but felt it would be too much hassle and maybe I'll choose that for the next one if I can ever save up the pennies!
