Tamora interior space?

OK, I've decided to sell the Chimaera soon and get a Tamora/T350. I was leaning towards a Tamora for the opentopedness of it - girlfriend likes the T350 though.

Anyway, went to a few dealers today to have a closer look and SHOCK! My head hits the roll hoop. I tried the seat/steering wheel in all kinds of position and unless I was bolt upright it was impossible. I took the seat base out but it wasn't too comfy underneath. I'm 6ft 4.5 inches. Tall, but not Peter Wheeler tall. What am I doing wrong.

Of course I fit in a T350 and loved the Targa, but I'm going to miss roof off motoring unless someone's got a secret way of fitting in (roof off all the time isn't an option before you mention it!!).

Any suggestions?

odd. I'm 6'1" and find that I can only just see over the dash!

The later Tamora has the thicker seat pad so you sit a bit higher.

Thanks - I'll try some earlier cars. I would be buying a late 2003 model so maybe I'll need a thinner pad made up.

Seat pads in the T350 are removable if you are too tall or if you have a helmet on I thought the seats in the Tamora are the same as the T350?
