Reading EVO last night, they mention lack of support from the driver's seat and it reminded me to post about exactly this issue - its something thats been at the back of my mind for a while (and at the front of my mind during every corner)...

I am tired (it is literally very tiring) of bracing myself with the steering wheel / door card - does anyone know of a reputable company that will reprofile my drivers seat?

I was toying with the idea of replacing the seat altogether but it would probably be a lot easier, hopefully cheaper, and better aesthetically to have the seat remade in a more supportive manner. Anyone with experiences or advice?

..maybe some four-point harness that can be moved out the way and the normal inertia belts used for the daily grind...

Anyone got experience of the Zertek seats, ie are they good quality, do they hold you in place better than the standard seats etc ...... ?? Also, has anybody fitted a foot rest/brace by the LHS of the clutch ?
