TVR Sagaris!

It's got a name - new 400bhp coupe to be launched at MPH'03

The new TVR Sagaris will be seen for the first time ever in the Live Action Arena at Earls Court on the 11th December, 2003 and can be seen until the show closes on Sunday 14th.

The car, a development of the T350 coupe has been designed with endurance motorsport in mind. Destined for the race tracks of the UK and Europe next year, the Sagaris is a T350 which has undergone major development to address the needs for greater aerodynamic stability and downforce.

It has a wider track than the T350 is powered by a 400 bhp version of the Straight Six engine. Like the T400R/T440R, the Sagaris will make use of plenty of carbon fibre inside to give that racing look and to keep weight down.

More news as soon as we get it!

Not so sure, shirley they would have thought about the 'woman' aspects of naming it after a 'female' axe .

The other sagaris was one of Aeneas servants, who died in Italy fighting the then ruler turnas. Aeneas went on to rule that part of Italy after killing turnas. The region was known as 'alba' which was later know as Rome after the 'wolfie twins' a couple of generations later.

Again can't imagine why they would name it after a servant of one of the famous greek characters .

So it must be the axe but the origins of that particular axe would make you feel a bit of a twat driving it .

So to quote 'the Sagaris is a T350 which has undergone major development to address the needs for greater aerodynamic stability and downforce.'

Own up, who's been airborne in their 350??
