Can anyone confirm the lenghth of the warranty given when buying a brand new Tamora from TVR. I was under the impression that it was one year for body work and two for engine... reason being i've just received a letter for extending my warranty now that it has expired.. but i only purchased the car a year ago..

As far as i understand it you have a 1Yr warranty on the "vechicle" with a further 1Yr (2 in total) on the Engine, as the engine can only be "attended to" by the Factory/TVR power you will probable have nothing in writing about this ,you will/have been contacted asking to extend the "vechicle" warranty at the end of the first year, i hope this makes sense? I've just come back from America where they offer a 10 year ( 100,000 miles) warranty on some cars ( Hyundae) and another company will give you free tyres for LIFE !!

Makes the one year warranty on my new T 350 seem a bit 'lame'......

At least a two year warranty would seem a bit more reasonable.
