Can someone tell me how big the Tamora boot space is please.
I had a Chimaera which was great and same with my Tuscan but am now thinking of a Tamora and need to know this detail.
It looks shorter but deeper.
How does the roof fit in ?

Thanks,
Tony.

Not as big as the tusan and the roof stands up in it and pretty much fills it when its in.. it is also stepped unlike the tuscan so you lose the volume .. still big enough imo

Certainly smaller than the Chim, and as said roof goes in the same way. However I have fitted in a set of golf clubs, plus a trolley (with the trolley wheels off) in the boot with the roof stowed in there too!

Plenty enough room for my wife and I to go on a 13 day tour of Spain, with the roof stowed.

We did use the back shelf too though.

If I can stand a samsonite case up then that will be OK. I travel a lot and leave my TVR at German airports very often so luggage space is important.
Let alone trips to South of France etc.
I think this is an important detail compared t0 Lotus, Porsche etc. Its what makes TVR a realy good GT sports car.

Thanks for the feedback.
Tony.

Big enough for the roof + two peoples camping gear (inc two tents) for two weeks.

Then on the way home enough wine to last almost a month.

We toured Europe for a month in the Tamora with everything stowed in the boot. Choose your 'luggage' carefully (soft bags, carrier bags) and your clothes carefully (we used Rohan stuff that you can wash late at night, then will be dry and uncreased in morning).

No problem. biggrin

Unless the roof is down and it starts raining, then you have to unpack the boot before you can get the roof on! That's happened a few times........

Thanks all for the advise. Sounds like its not that much different to the Tuscan.
I must say, I prefered to put the roof in the Chimaera and have access to other things than as with the Tuscan and covering everything up.
I think I need to see one at the end of the day.

Sorry but can someone please post a couple of photo's of the boot open so I can get an understanding of the space.
I normally have 2 hard cases and a brief case when I am heading to the airport.
For my Tuscan that was 1 case and brief case in the boot and 1 case on the passenger seat.
Soft bags are no good for a three weeks business trip.

Thanks,
Tony.

Tuscan boot was somewhat modified recently. (not as much as the front though)

They are not great, camera couldnt cope with the contrast because it was bright. Hope they help.

Thanks Ian,
I have made my mind up to buy a Tamora but am now a little concerned that I wont be ablee to fit in my larger suit case.
I normally have smaller one on the seat and bigger one in the boot. I supose I could reverse that.
Thanks,
Tony.

Not sure how big you mean by big, but we recently bought a large new case and it fit in the bot fine. Could not get the roof in though.

I'll try to take e photo next week.
